the 11th Conference Cities on Volcanoes (COV11) in Crete (Heraklion, June 12-17, 2022) is getting closer and closer. See the details and final program at: https://citiesonvolcanoes11.com.
The Conference will happen in a hybrid format. Almost 500 are registered and we strongly encourage late online participants to register as soon as possible.
Cities on Volcanoes Conferences typically promote networking and exchanges between volcanologists, emergency managers, and stakeholders.
COV11 will host on June 17 the ceremony revealing and honoring the nominee for the 2022 IAVCEI Award for Volcanic Surveillance and Crisis Management.
